Service fees levied by us on the changes, refunds, cancellations or future credits is according to per passenger/ ticket basis.
All the booking fees that we charge and our post-ticketing fee is non-refundable & we may change it without any prior notice. Our booking fee is an additional charge to the service charge which is imposed by the airline and/or any of our travel suppliers.
The taxes which are imposed by the US Government are subject to change. We will charge you the final total amount same as it is displayed on the website or as quoted by our agent.
1 Our airline tickets are non-refundable unless we specify it otherwise. Refund option is available only if the travel supplier's policies and rules let you be eligible to seek a refund or if Travel Unravel accepts your refund request. This means, you are not a 'no show' case and if we can secure any kind of waivers from the supplier then only we process a cancellation or refund request only.
3 Special Services - a special service when requested is to be considered as a request only. Approving these requests are subject to airline's approval and they might charge a particular fare depending on their rules, policies and procedures. A 'Special Service Fees' is applied in case of an availability of the requested service(s) and is non-refundable. We can provide you with a refund ONLY in case the request is declined by the airline during the travel.
Visa/Passport Decline- we will require a letter of denial is required to process the request
Baggage -you are required to maintain all the baggage receipts & tags
No-Show - Documents stating the reason for why you were not able to make it to the airport at the time of your scheduled departure.
Denied Boarding - any documents that state the reason as to why you were not allowed to board the flight
Duplicate Tickets - You are required to carry a printed copy of the tickets showing the itinerary with which you make a booking with us.
