Flight Bookings:

A person below the age of 2 is considered as an infant. An infant normally travels on the lap of an accompanying passenger. Full adult fare is charged for an older child.

A healthy pet can be carried on flight. However, a health certificate signed by a veterinarian is necessary. Along with this, an identification tag and proof of vaccination should be carried along at all times during your travel. However, Travel Unravel holds no liability if at the last-minute an airline declines your pet’s entry with the aforementioned documents also.

There is a specific time margin between check-in and departure and this usually differs from airport to airport and airline to airline. It normally varies from 1 hour (for domestic flights) to 3 hours (for international flights).
In case of a change in flight schedule because of unavoidable circumstances like bad weather etc, you will be informed through an email or a telephone call. However, please check the flight schedule online on airline’s website or by calling the airline agent 24 hours before departure.
If you are eligible for a refund, Travel Unravel will immediately initiate the refund process. Once your refund is processed, your bank/ used payment method may take up to 7 days to post the credit it back to your account.
We would not be able to offer a refund in case a flight is missed at your end. The airline will accommodate you on a later flight. However, you need to purchase a ticket again. We request you to reach the airport 2 to 3 hours before the departure time to avoid any such circumstances.
The term e-ticket means an electronic ticket that confirms your reservation for the flight booking. The e-ticket has flight information for your trip.

Changes/ Cancellation:

Name changes are usually prohibited after a booking is made. However, we shall send a request to the airline from our end. You may contact our Customer Service Representative on 1-212-540-9121 for the name change request and a certain fee may be levied to get this change processed.
Please get in touch with our customer service department on 1-212-540-9121 to confirm the possibility of adding more passengers to your flight reservation.
For correction in the travel date please contact our customer care team on 1-212-540-9121. However, date-change penalties and/or rise in fare might be applicable.

Queries Related to Baggage:

There are certain restrictions on weight and dimensions (length, breadth, and height) on baggage. These restrictions apply both to hand baggage (one which you carry with you in the flight cabin) and the checked-in baggage (those which go into the baggage chamber of the aircraft. These restrictions differ from airline to airline.
Yes, you can request a meal preference during your booking process.

Credit Card

This will happen in case an overcharge is detected or if your seating preference could not be allotted to you. However, it does not mean that your booking has been affected.
In some cases, taxes and/or some other fees are shown as separate transactions. If you have booked a ticket that covers 2 or more airlines, then transactions may be shown separately.
